It will export each Category into a special file that is readable by AutoAdd (See AutoAdd). Each Category is stored into a special folder ( C:/RecipeBuilderExport/ ) under the Category name with a .dat ending. (You can change the name and location of the folder, or Export to your A: (floppy) drive) Export creates the folder if it does not exist.
We have all lost programs and valuable information before. Now, with Export and AutoAdd we never again have to worry about losing our recipe collection. They are too much work and take too long to build for us to take chances with them.
You can Export your entire recipe collection with a simple click of the Submit button. Then, burn the RecipeBuilderExport folder to a CD and you have a permanent backup of your recipes. If the hard drive on your computer burns up you will not lose your collection!
